Hello there,I am Inzmam, an MBA graduate from IIM Trichy, currently serving as a Deputy Manager at DCM Shriram Limited in the Kota Complex. This complex operates within a cyclic economy, producing a diverse range of products such as Calcium Carbide, PVC, Cement, and Fertilizers.My previous tenure as a Management Trainee at DCM involved navigating various business domains and industries. Noteworthy projects included optimizing raw material utilization in the Calcium Carbide business and spearheading automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives in the Sugar business.As a tech enthusiast and Metallurgy and Material Science engineer, I possess a keen interest in understanding diverse technologies and leveraging them for business impact. Before pursuing my MBA, I contributed to Jindal Stainless Limited in the Quality department. In this role, I played a pivotal role in the Steel Technology Group, overseeing comprehensive processes in steel making, hot and cold rolling, and processing.
