As an active real estate broker, investor, and owner of a property management company, I counsel my legal clients based upon my applied and diverse expertise within the field of real estate. My career began as a land use and entitlement consultant to private developers, which was later complimented by six years as a Planning Manager with the City of Fresno processing project entitlements and working on the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance updates.
