About Rebecca Collins

Hello, I\'m Rebecca. I dedicate my time to understanding how we can underpin our businesses, relationships and systems with Emotional Intelligence and authenticity. Why? Because in this climate of chronic uncertainty; confidence, resilience and success rely on a strong internal compass. You can work with me to strengthen that internal compass through 1:1 coaching and the Emotional Intelligence programmes I deliver for teams. We can also work together on a strategic level to tune into the identity of your business, and bring your brand, culture and customer experience into alignment. For projects at scale, I work with a collective of coaches and consultants who are similarly committed to authenticity and growth. How did I get here? Before starting out on my own, I was the Managing Director of London\'s first conscious coworking and event space - 42 Acres - and was immersed in the fields of workplace wellbeing, personal transformation and social change. I\'ve previously delivered projects in Brand, Culture & Customer Experience for Huckletree, the European Space Agency, Coconut, MADE, GroHappy and many early-stage startups, founded the London Coworking Assembly, and pioneered the role of Emotional Intelligence Mentor on the Google for Startups programme across Europe. My first series of Emotional Intelligence workshops was piloted with Google\'s cybersecurity accelerator in Spain, and a cohort of Executive Masters students at ESCP, one of Europe\'s leading business schools. I\'ve shared my insights at conferences like London Tech Week, GCUC UK and AICPA CIMA\'s Women\'s Leadership Conference (and am always open to speaking opportunities, so do get in touch!)    I\'m the resident Emotional Intelligence facilitator on the Launchpad programme in Europe, after piloting my workshops with ESCP\'s Executive Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship cohort and Google\'s cybersecurity accelerator in Spain. The Launchpad programme is a fulfilling way to give back to the startup community I\'ve been part of for almost a decade. Using Google\'s brand, product, UX, business and growth frameworks, our mentoring team leads early-stage startups through a week-long accelerator.
