   As part of HGA, Dave Tessier and I directed the vision, design, programming and sale of the W Nashville Hotel. We partnered with HKS, Rockwell Group and Yates Construction to execute on the vision. We opened the hotel on October 6, 2021 and sold it on March 28, 2022. We led and executed a nearly 70% profit on the project for our investors, partners and ourselves. Other Clients include / have included: Boston Consulting Group Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund Ian Schrager Company Turnberry Associates Carlton Group Windsor Capital Group Ocean Properties Build on HopeServices Provided: Strategic Support, Financial planning (forecasting, budgeting, long range business and strategic planning), operational business assessments (revenues, costs, operational contracts, financial statements / financial reporting analysis), investment support/analysis (financial returns, pro formas, feasibility models, due diligence and acquisition support) and work out and restructuring support (projections, cashflow, DIP evaluations and model).Exclusively Contracted with Ian Schrager Company (January 2013 – April 2014): primary responsibilities included asset management of the Public Chicago hotel including acting as interim General Manager (July – October 2013), pro forma and financing support, liason with external partners and banks. Interim CFO for ISC (December 2013 – March 2014) including corporate and Ian Schrager’s personal reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
