As an IT Manager at Fairmont Hotels, I oversee the hotel\'s information technology infrastructure and ensure the efficient operation of IT services. Liaison with other hotel systems managers and help desk to solve root issues• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, server migrations, new installations, and network expansions, and also coordinate with other departments to ensure IT initiatives align with overall business goals. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.• Develop and manage the IT budget to support business growth. Make sure IT Roadmap is clear to the Management and is fiscally responsible.• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.• As a confident & dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization, especially executive Management.
