State & Federal Compliance: We partner with you & your supervisors to ensure compliance with all state & federal laws; ie: EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ACA & OSHA, etc. Employee Counseling & Performance: We work directly with your supervisors to create, document & communicate counseling & probation notices due to poor performance or misconduct, as well as terminations consistent with your company policy. Training & Development: Including, but not limited to: FMLA, FLSA, Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Effective Disciplinary Practices, Decreasing Unemployment Cost.Employee Handbook: We will review your employee handbook or help you create one that meets your company goals and includes employment procedures that help provide the structure needed to reduce risks.Job Descriptions: We will review or help you create employee job descriptions that provide clear job responsibilities and establish essential job functions. Benefit Administration: Includes annual renewals, benefit presentations and employee assistance with enrollment, qualifying events & documentation, invoice reconciliation and ACA compliance. Full service benefit administration is free to all clients if we are the broker.Payroll: Includes FLSA compliance and timekeeping guidance to ensure all state & federal laws are followed, set up of employee benefit premiums, garnishments, child support orders and automatic PTO accruals.
