   I originally began my real estate career as a custom home builder with a partner back in 1992. In 1995, I went out on my own, and started my own custom home building company. We built custom homes, specializing in Ranch style floor plans, building primarily in the Black Forest, Monument and Falcon areas. In 2001, I obtained my real estate license and began working with Bennett Shellenberger Realty here in Colorado Springs. I handled property management, as well as HOA management and residential sales. In 2003, I made the move to Re/Max, and became a broker/owner in 2005. Due to the tough economic conditions in 2008, we had to close that brokerage. Since that time, I joined Keller Williams Clients Choice in northern Colorado Springs, and have been extremely happy with all that this company has to offer myself, and my clients.
