For companies that have the vision and ambition to populate their decision making bodies with as many women as men, Voice At The Table offer (among other things) structured targeted new generation mentoring, to help boost the confidence of talented women female and improve retention of happy, confident, efficient and effective performers. We help build the female pipeline by preparing and supporting individuals for the next step up the career ladder. This can be delivered through tailor-made programs to small groups of identified talent that help them transition to the next level of their career, or to individuals through 1-2-1 sessions. We deliver our services through a number of executive coaches with City and corporate backgrounds, as well as experts in other relevant areas. Our aim is to maximise retention rates and strengthen numbers of successful senior women in the organisation by empowering individuals to carve their own individual path to the top.

ABOUT HELEN NORTH
I\'m a learning and development specialist with a real passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential. I work with people at the various career stages, from students through to professionals looking to take more control of their careers. I also work with as an associate with some inspiring women on a whole range of projects across the creative industries and corporate world. My specialties include: Action Learning facilitation Career change and planning Career coaching Maternity coaching programmes Outplacement support Pipeline talent development Mentoring Training design and delivery Training evaluation Project management Group facilitation. As part of my practice I offer a maternity coaching programme for mums-to-be, mums returning to work and working mums to help them take control of their lives and find the balance with family life that works for them. I am also qualified to assess vocational qualifications in a range of areas. In my early career I spent 20 years working for preeminent organisations in the creative media sector, in both strategic and delivery roles - including Head of Training for UK Film Council; Film Fund Manager for Skillset establishing and managing the £21m Film Training Fund, working with film professionals and latterly managing the team providing careers support and advice to industry professional. I am an Associate of the CIPD, a member of the RTS and a Board member of Women in Film and Television. Current Clients include: BAFTA, Animated Women UK, Career Savvy Women, Voice at the Table, Arts University Bournemouth.
