   STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT / VISIONING Collaborated with INSPIR3’s Board of Directors and established a detailed five-year plan outlining projected revenue/profit models, funding sources/goals, lean business practices and staffing models, treatment modalities, community partnership focus, and sustainable building designs. Increased community awareness and support for INSPIR3’s model by participating in educational, and networking opportunities and collaborating with government and grant-funded agencies. Developed revenue-generating strategies for INSPIR3 incorporating a wide array of ideas ranging from on-site child care services; after-hours facility rentals; energy-efficient, self-sustaining design concepts; and designation as a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Green Cross Certified provider and training facility.PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Extensive community involvement with nonprofit family and youth organizations. Regularly assist with small and large-scale events that increase awareness and funding to support the community’s needs. Identified significant community need for a non-residential mental health treatment facility for low-income children and adults by assessing existing service offerings within a 25-mile area. Discovered 6-9 month deficit of available state resources in testing children for psychological and emotional problems – incorporated resources within INSPIR3’s model to expedite testing. Established vision for INSPIR3 that incorporated multiple treatment modalities administered by psychologists, psychiatrists, marriage and family therapists, certified professional counselors, social workers, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists. Developed strategic plan with Board of Directors to establish five-year operational plan outlining business models, treatment programs, operating budget, revenue generating model, and marketing plans.
