As a Chartered Surveyors and fourth generation auctioneers, along with brother Michael Gabel, we most frequently act as agents on behalf of Insolvency Practitioners, lending institutions, professional and private companies. We are based at an sq. ft. fixed storage facility located in Whitefield, Manchester and conduct asset disposals from our premises or on-site by auction, tender, private treaty or on-line multi-channel marketplace including. eBay.Our range of services includes:CORPORATE INSOLVENCY (Liquidation, Administration, Members Voluntary Arrangement):* Preparation of Valuation Reports for Machinery and Business Assets and property interests;* Determination, identification and management of encumbered assets and assets subject to third party ownership;* Asset management - to ensure safe and efficient control of subject assets;* Management of retention of title claims including conducting inspections, assessment of terms of sale and provision of recommendations; LENDING INSTITUTIONS (Asset Based Lenders, Banks, Finance Companies)* Provide pre-lend advice on Market Values, Residual Values and suitability for lending to assist in the management of risk;* Agents for recovery departments, on-site inspection or desktop appraisal advice to determine condition, access and value of subject assets; PRIVATE COMPANIES * Disposal of surplus assets from site closure exercises to individual machinery surplus to requirements;* Strategic sale and distribution of stock to include on-line sales or bulk sales, with full logistical and fulfilment services, providing an end-to-end service;* Valuation of assets for Financial Purposes including determination of VPMB (Value of Plant and Machinery to the Business) for presentation in accounts;* Provision of Market Value of company assets to test against impairment;* Consignment Agents - your external sales force!
