Competing against 10 colleges and universities, our team was recognized for strategic alignment, innovation, and clear project governance—where I played a pivotal role in applying all five process groups of project management to deliver and present our solution.I am committed to providing real value to the organizations I work with, delivering projects that not only meet deadlines and budgets but also support business objectives.
