I am on my journey, constantly learning how to learn, unlearn, and relearn because I think that’s the key to almost everything. To me, life is not a solo ride; it’s about being a good teammate and an aspiring leader, someone who can lift others up. And so, in my book, true success is about all of us working together for the betterment of everyone.(Might write a book on it, it’s anyways trending nowadays ^^)In the day-to-day work shuffle, I stick to being kind and humble. I think real strength comes from helping others, and every chat is a chance to bring some warmth. Right now, I am working as a (Lead) Consultant at OMP, co-leading AMNS SOP (OMP’s first Indian metals client!) and leading two Bekaert DP projects - one for the BBRG BU (Advanced Cord family) and another for the SWS BU (Asia rollout). Honestly? I’m loving it. I get new challenges almost every day and I like solving those, I get to make sure my work adds real value to both my team and our customers. There’s something really satisfying about that.Outside the work zone, I find peace in writing poetry, self-reflection and exploring my thoughts - this helps me understand myself better, improve and grow.I am a curious soul, always up for exploring the unexplored, be it diving into tech stuff like AI (including vibe coding :p), checking out new places, or trying different foods. My key interests are a mix of innovation, engineering, psychology and management - basically, I like to be jack of all trades and master of some ^^Back in my engineering days, I realized it’s more than just equations - it’s about getting creative, solving problems, and always trying to get better. Recently completed my MBA in supply chain majors, and I think, it is helping me in seeing the bigger picture, recognising patterns more effectively. Now that I kind of have this holistic view and am developing growth mindset, my aim is to mix these different perspectives into something meaningful.Deep down, I really believe I am here to make a constructive difference. Got a startup on my mind, and I am hopeful it’ll make a constructive impact in the world.
