Talent SourcingNetwork through local contacts, association memberships, conferences, educational institutions, social media, and active employees.Represent and promote Bayshore’s brand and value proposition at external recruitment events in a positive and professional manner.Developing pool of qualified candidates for both regulated and unregulated healthcare professionals in advance of need.4. Candidate SelectionLead the interviewing process to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.Thoroughly screen candidates while adhering to Bayshore’s Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding policies and standards, including referencing, security, and vulnerable sector screening.5. Offer & OnboardingExtend offers and negotiate (where appropriate) in alignment with branch needs.Responsible for new hire administration and orientation completion in alignment with recruitment priorities.6. Retention & Continuous ImprovementMonitor retention of new hires and understand reasons for turnover to refine recruitment & retention strategies.Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in line with the company’s Quality Management System.7. Confidentiality & ComplianceMaintain confidentiality of client and corporate information, sharing only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
