About Pramod Nair
I am a military veteran with 21 years of experience in managing operations, cross functional teams, indigenising aviation spares, MRO activities and evaluating indigenous developmental aircraft. I have focused in creating and improving systems to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Actively took part in UN Peace keeping activities at Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUC). I am presently contributing to transform a Higher Education Institute by providing a robust student experience, Early exposure to career planning, Access to experiential learning, Student engagement, Enhanced Student support services and fostering a success-oriented mindset amongst the undergraduates. Actively engaged in creating and maintaining environments within educational institutions that promote, support, and sustain effective and efficient teaching and learning.
