I lead Restored Hope Zambia, a charity I founded to support survivors of church-related abuse and to drive systemic change in safeguarding and access to justice. I’m responsible for strategy, project oversight, stakeholder engagement, and managing a team of staff, volunteers and consultants. I oversee the delivery of training and advocacy programmes that equip church leaders, law enforcement and communities with the tools to prevent abuse and respond with trauma-informed care. My role also includes fundraising, legal compliance, governance reporting, and ensuring our impact is measured and communicated effectively. I represent the organisation in the media and at public events, helping to raise awareness and build partnerships that extend our reach and influence.

With a background in law, theology and frontline charity work, I work across two spaces: as a Development Specialist at Macmillan Cancer Support, where I lead and contribute to projects that continuously improve how services are delivered, combining data, insight and collaboration.Alongside this, I\'m the founder of Restored Hope Zambia, a charity that supports survivors of church-related abuse and advocates for healthier models of leadership, accountability and trauma-informed communities. Our work includes training faith leaders and law enforcement, educating local communities, and helping shape safer environments for survivors.I care deeply about how change happens, from service level systems to structures across the wider charity sector. I\'m committed to advocating for diverse charity boards and broader reform within philanthropy. This includes decolonising aid and championing funding models that recognise the insight and value of small, community-based organisations, especially those led by lived experience, both in the UK and the global south.I believe good intentions aren’t enough, and that systems must change if they are failing the people they claim to serve.
