About Steve W.

Working on a team with other skilled and motivated individuals, reaching goals together, and inspiring each other is what I\'ve loved about the military and something I\'ve loved doing in and out of work. Whether working with my hands to repair components in critical delivery systems or gathering data for executive decision making, once I\'m on a task I want to get started and complete the job with first-time quality and lift up my team. Over the last twenty years I have- Coordinated highly sensitive information into complex data systems with data entry teams- Lead a team supporting underwater diving life support systems with critical quality assurance requirements with zero deficiencies or safety issues- Trained other organizational teams on becoming calm professionals in emergent and fast changing environments to accomplish highly complex tasking- Manage organizational supply chain to ensure the customer gets the right products when the need them and that fiscal constraints are addressed with auditability. These are key takeaways from some of my favorite times in my last career and things I offer to my next team. I love to be someone that our people can come to for advice, address their concerns and to care for one another. Because THE PEOPLE are the greatest resource any organization can have.Thank you for considering me!
