About Innocent Onoja
I am Customer service-oriented and have managed and led in various positions since I was a kid. Managing a Family grocery store after and before school while growing up not only equipped me with background knowledge of how face-to-face customers support works but help me understand more about the concepts and principles of retaining old customers while keeping up with new ones. I have been in the Customer Support field for over 8+ years. I recently obtained Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Merit America through a 13-week intensive program. My experience is mainly in Customer service and warehouse Management. I also have a personal business I Manage which makes me develop the skills necessary to solve complex problems and complete projects in a fast-paced environment. I look forward to opportunities where I can implement my skills and knowledge in the IT world.
