Passionate linguist turned data analyst. With a strong background in Vietnamese and French languages, I honed my customer support skills during my tenure as a Customer Support specialist at SupportYourApp and Wix. However, my love for numbers, tables, and presentations led me to make a career shift into data analytics. Recently, I completed the Google Professional Certificate in Data Analytics on Coursera and I am currently furthering my knowledge through DataQuest. This journey has allowed me to combine my linguistic expertise with my analytical mindset, empowering me to uncover valuable insights from complex data sets. Although I initially explored front-end engineering, my curiosity and self-reflection led me to realize that my true passion lies in data analytics.
