In this role I am working on developing strategies and actions plans for employers to connect with potential employees who are currently available in the market. With the scope of this role, I am actively assisting with organization of Job Fairs and Career Development events, interactive meetings, Second Career opportunities and general employment outreach. My goal is to foster awareness and opportunities for collaboration and employment with different sectors as well as different levels of jobs in GTA as well as Canada – wide, cultivate win-win relationships with stakeholders and community leaders through public outreach initiatives. My core focus is to provide stellar support services to our employment partners ranging from small companies to global corporations and deliver top-notch, customer- tailored solutions as per client`s business needs.
