Inna Koppel is a dedicated Starting Strength Coach and entrepreneur who has spent her career transforming lives through strength training. Since launching her career in 2014 and founding Long Island’s first Starting Strength Affiliate Gym, Inna has focused on empowering women—from teenagers to seniors—with customized training programs that include perinatal care and specialized support for the elderly. Her passion for improving quality of life led her to collaborate with neuroscientists on a groundbreaking trial that introduced barbell training for people with dementia. After completing the pilot study and eventually closing her New York gym in response to COVID-19 policies, she redirected her expertise to help others grow their businesses. Today, Inna works with independent coaches and small business owners to strengthen their brand presence. By integrating innovative AI solutions and smart social media strategies, she streamlines workflows and helps businesses thrive. Inna is deeply committed to helping people reach their full potential both in the gym and in the workplace.
