Manage a $7,500 budget for program activities such as food vouchers, sports equipment, and monthly cooking demonstrations.• Conduct outreach and assist pediatric patients with social health needs by connecting them with community and government resources.Provide referrals to different organizations or programs and advocate for patients by coordinating with their primary care or behavioralhealth providers including writing advocacy letters or completing necessary forms. Manage and track case files on eClinicalWorks.• Supervise 5 cohorts of patient advocacy interns, supporting them in their roles and providing mentorship.
