Ingrid Sullivan has worn many hats while in the real estate industry over the last 20+ years. She has been a consultant and friend to many Top Producing real estate agents all over the country and in the DFW metroplex coaching them on the latest technology skills and marketing programs. As an agent she has worked with both buyers and sellers of all age groups and housing interests, this has been a great character building experience. During the last 7 years, she has been very focused on the Active 55+ client and that has become her passion. She and her husband, John, make up one of the top real estate teams at Keller Williams Arlington specializing in Active Senior clients and probate listings. Focusing on her passion Ingrid has achieved the prestigious Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation from The Seniors Real Estate Institute, she also serves on the Advisory team for this prestigious group, that educates realtors across the country on Senior living needs and services. Additionally, she has been awarded the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors. Ingrid also serves on the Arlington board of realtors MLS committee helping to keep many Realtors up to date on changes and enhancements to realtor property listings options etc. In her personal life Ingrid has served as President on the board of directors at her church and helps coordinate guest speaking events and classes.
