My focus is continued healthy living which means living a long life without limitations. Whether it\'s taking a five mile hike in a beautiful state park or just carrying a heavy bag of groceries. All is possible at any age if you live your life with a plan to thrive. Optimizing weight, nutrition, sleep and fitness are the keys to preventing almost any of our modern-day chronic diseases. As a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist I practice what I teach and take joy in helping others improve their health, whether it is losing weight or lowering blood sugars.
