I\'m a Global Mobility expert with strong track record of managing global mobility programs and navigating complex cross-border matters. I’ve worked with organisations of all sizes and sectors to build and deliver effective global mobility solutions spanning strategy, operations and compliance - from shaping policy frameworks to leading end-to-end delivery of international moves. I also bring a strong technical foundation in expatriate tax, social security and global payroll reporting, which supports my broader focus on operational excellence and strategic alignment.I\'m particularly passionate about implementing sustainable, efficient global mobility strategies; driving continuous improvement in mobility operations; improving employee experience and stakeholder engagement; managing vendors (immigration, tax, relocation, technology and data), and helping HR and mobility functions become more agile, effective and future-ready.Service excellence is at the core of what I do and I believe mobility can be a powerful enabler of business growth and employee development when done right. Outside of work, I am a Trustee of Family Holiday Charity, where I help steer strategic planning and the people agenda for this wonderful UK national charity.I’m purpose-driven, adaptable, curious, and always up for a new challenge.
