We Are Elements. We are the pioneers of Embedded Talent Consultancy. We built the embedded model around our very first partners: Spotify and Atlassian. We knew that the traditional, transactional dynamic served neither party well. So we created something entirely different. Focusing on the transformative impact of effective collaboration, we work alongside our partners as trusted consultants. Advising from the inside, our people go deeper, inspiring truly meaningful change. The success of our approach has meant that we’ve grown quickly.
