I am the managing principal of GIGA Construction. We specialize in building modern european sustainable homes. As a small business owner my roles are multifaceted. I specialize in the architecture and interior design of all of our projects. I sourced all of our materials and built our trade network. During construction, I am the superintendent managing all trades. Since our homes are complex builds, I play a key role in marketing and selling the homes. As a result, I am almost complete getting my real estate license to be able to handle all real estate transactions with GIGA Construction.
