I am an experienced HR leader passionate about helping organisations unlock the potential of their people. My career has focused on aligning organisational objectives with team and individual growth, always with a strong emphasis on culture, wellbeing, and commercial outcomes. I thrive on building great teams and creating environments where people and businesses can succeed together.My approach is authentic, collaborative, and adaptable, shaped by a deep understanding of people dynamics and the ability to flex HR best practices to fit each unique context. I believe in building trust and genuine connections, making it easier to bring people together through change and growth.Most recently, as Head of People & Culture at Dialect, an award-winning creative marketing agency, I have led strategic HR initiatives through periods of growth, change and transformation across the UK and US. I have professionalised the entire employee life cycle, introduced robust performance management, championed diversity and inclusion, and supported senior leaders in aligning business strategy with culture. My work ensures both low turnover and high engagement, all while keeping people and values at the heart of decision-making.I continue to coach and support leadership at Board and senior management level, working closely to drive culture, well-being, and sustainable business outcomes.
