I am part of a team that manages the whole recruitment process at Netlight Oslo, from first contact to a solid onboarding of our new colleagues. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, internal and external employer branding, project management, coaching, and other tasks that contribute to a long-term sustainable growth.We work on a number of different projects within software development, UX design, and IT management across different industries (finance, media, telecom, retail, among others).Netlight is an independent, value driven consulting firm in IT.
