ABOUT INGRID FRANCISCO

Having started my lawyers career at a young age I became equity partner of the International law-firm White & Case where I was working as the Head of the labor law department, focused on German collective Labor law as well in International labor law situations, mergers & acquisitions and similar. Since I am always interested to add more experience and train my skills, I did a training in non-violent-communication with Marshall Rosenberg. Developing my mediation skills further I have been working as a business and political consultant in South Africa, Zambia and Nigeria. Following the request of a very good friend asked me to came to Germany to negotiate a social plan in Germany. After having done this I took over the position as HR Director to rebuild the HR Department of this company and integrate it into the International Matrix organisation providing also all the necessary collective shop agreements. Since March 2019 I was trusted with the reshaping of the legal & Compliance department of CRIF GmbH, Germany, specifically making sure that the new GDPR standards are implemented. Since 2023 I handed over the Head functions legal, Data Protection and Self-inquiry at CRIF GmbH and started to focus on Special legal and Data Protection Tasks at CRIF GmbH Germany and CRIF GmbH Austria. Since July 2024 I also work as Legal Chief Officer function (Part-Time) at Cryptoqorn Labs AG. Starting in January 2025 I am working in my various functions as an external Consultant. My analytic, strategic and leadership skills together with my people skills have been preconditions to successfully fulfill the goals in all my positions. I love to work in a team in a diverse and International environment with ambitious goals developing and implementing new strategies, conduct the necessary negotiations with involved parties and make things happen I have a service orientated approach and a can-do mentality. My extensive experience in different settings enable me to approach new tasks smart and effective.
