ABOUT INGO WALDE

I\'m a designer, brand builder, and creative director with roots in motion design and 3D animation. Over the years, I shifted focus from animation to helping shape the bouldering scene in Germany. As co-founder of the einstein bouldering gym chain and creative lead at Benky Climbing, I’ve designed over 60 bouldering gyms and built impactful brands like Ropeless. My strengths lie in concept-driven design, product development, visual identity, and leading teams across projects and locations. After stepping out of operational roles in early 2025, I’m now open to new creative challenges. I’m looking for opportunities where I can bring together my experience in design, branding, and strategy.
