With success in positions as Founder/Co-Founder in Fin-/ InsurTech, Head of Insurance Services Europe, Member of the European Management Board, Business Development Manager, Insurance Director, and CEO, I bring strong expertise in all facets of Insurance, Financial Services and Mobility. Highlights of expertise include strategy development, growth initiatives, organizational/ product/ business development, retail marketing, generation of new income streams, team development, partnership and KAM development, digitalization, Insurance value chain, and project management.As founder of the Future Mobility Institute, I use this knowledge platform to bring thought leadership for the Megatrend Mobility to audiences from the Financial Services and Automotive scene. This includes Mobility conferences, events, and leadership Meetings. This platform was also used as a basis for co-founding a Mobility Insurtech start-up in 2018 in Switzerland funded by institutional Investors. My personal style is to encourage open dialogues, manage, inspire, and lead staff members and teams accordingly. Inspiration comes from the ability to resolve intercultural challenges and address business needs across different regions. I strongly believe that the key to implement and facilitate solutions is problem identification and assessments for effective decision-making and involving people.
