ABOUT INGE WASSMANN ZWEEGERS
I am an educator and leader who believes the most powerful learning begins long before kindergarten. After many years supporting teachers and leading schoolwide initiatives, I have returned to the place that first sparked my love for education, preschool. As Preschool Director, I partner with dedicated educators to design and guide classrooms where curiosity, play, and connection drive learning. Through observation, reflection, and intentional planning, we design experiences that are both engaging and developmentally appropriate. My path from teacher to coach to instructional leader has shaped how I lead today: with empathy, collaboration, and deep respect for childhood. I believe that when teachers are mentored and supported, and families are meaningfully engaged, we create joyful environments that nurture confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.Beyond school, I find joy in family, friends, Pilates, time in nature, and travel, all reminders of the wonder I strive to cultivate every day in our classrooms.
