Work within the NWRESD to advance education equity in programming through collaboration and support of professional development teams, community partnerships, and family engagement.Develop, coordinate, and deliver race equity professional development to a variety ofaudiences at NWRESD to include staff at all organizational levels in equity teams, equityseminars, and NWRESD leadership team.Develop, coordinate, and deliver race equity professional development services to the 20school districts in Columbia, Clatsop, Tillamook and Washington Counties.Model and promote ethical standards of democracy, equity, diversity, and excellence inall areas of professional development work.
