As a Business Growth Coach, I specialise in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Export Coaching for small businesses.Executive coaching is all about providing a sounding board for the man or woman at the top, who needs to bounce off ideas & thoughts and be told the truth without sugar-coating now and again.With team coaching, I use the DISC profile to help the various team members understand themselves and their colleagues better. This will result in better performance of the team, and improved results for your company.My unique expertise lies in export support. With a degree in international business, 15 years of export management experience and having lived and worked in various countries all over the world, I know what it takes to build an export department that will ensure sustainable growth. I support both new and more experienced exporters.I started trading as Polyglot Coaching, but in April 2014 I changed it to Inge Dowden Coaching to better reflect my personal brand.
