For more than 30 years I have been working at the intersection of communication, technology and organizational change within a global industrial company. Today I am responsible for communication in the CIO environment, supporting the positioning and visibility of the IT organization.What drives me is the constant evolution of technology and the challenge of making complex topics understandable and relevant for different audiences. Digital transformation only succeeds when people understand what is changing and why it matters.In my role I support the CIO and the IT leadership team in communicating strategic priorities, shaping key narratives and making technological developments accessible across the organization.My work focuses on• positioning the CIO and the IT organization within the company• translating complex technology topics into clear and accessible communication• identifying and shaping strategic themes around digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence• making achievements and progress of the IT organization visible• supporting leadership communication and organizational changeI see communication as a key element of transformation.
