In this leadership role I drove the roadmap of EngProd organization, defining OKRs and interacting with multiple cross geo teams to deliver latest generation of Pixel phones- Under my leadership management allowed us to double the team size in India and take additional responsibility- Focused on improving engineer’s productivity by designing and deploying distributed system which helped Google save on cost. By developing Devices in Cloud solution, we were able to reduce development hardware cost by 50% every year- The Device Cloud solution was a multi zonal distributed system, catering user’s presence in different parts of word and providing high performing device access with realtime speed.
