About Inga Peterson
For almost thirty years, I have worked in higher education settings in the U.S. and abroad providing strategic oversight and developing and managing programs in the areas of civic engagement, international development, alumni affairs, academic advising, and student services. Currently, I serve as the Associate Director of DukeEngage, a signature program of Duke University designed to provide immersive community engagement opportunities for undergraduate students. In this role, I oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of 25+ domestic and international programs annually, and work with faculty, site coordinators, and community partners to ensure the quality, sustainability, and impact of the program. In addition to my work at Duke, I am a certified professional coach and the owner of Elite Grad Launch, a company I started to help college seniors and recent graduates achieve personal agency, manage the post-grad transition, and create a good life on their own terms. As a coach, I leverage my credentials as a Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach, an iPEC COR.E Dynamics | Leadership Dynamics and Transition™ Specialist and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner to empower my clients to discover their strengths, values, and purpose, and to decide how they want to show up in the world. I believe that coaching is a powerful tool for transformation, and I am committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative community for my clients and colleagues.
