Currently serving as Senior Engineering Lead in IDE organization at Shell, where I drive global digital capability, platform excellence, and cost-neutral delivery models. At Shell, the IDE Department stands for Information and Digital Engineering (IDE) which is critical part of Enterprise IT organization (IDT), responsible for blending business and IT expertise through capability-building and digital transformation initiatives. Since 2009, I have worked with Shell (initially as a Contractor via Wipro and then as staff from 2015), leading initiatives that tightly align business outcomes with scalable engineering strategy.
