   Highly visible role working directly with individual contributors to Sr level management, highly technical to business focused, across all departments. As the Endpoint Platforms Principal Engineer communication and the ability to understand the business need are the key skills I have used to be successful in some of the airline industry’s most difficult times. Lead systems integration engineer for flight operations during Alaska’s acquisition of Virgin America. Citrix systems integration architect. I am the senior expert in Citrix products across both companies. After seeing the full capabilities and reliability of the Virgin America systems we are now looking to expand Alaska\'s Citrix environment to match. Mentorship and training of the Endpoint Platforms Team, consisting of 10 FTEs and 17 contractors. I have consistently stepped into leadership opportunities such as; Completing the intensive Developing Emerging Leaders program, working directly with executive leadership as part of the Employee Engagement Action Team, to joining the conversations around race with the Alaska Black Employees and Allies Team.
