   As Para-Professional, I work 1 on 1 with special needs students helping to assist the students in each class room as needed by the students. Involved in their daily improvement in life & the classroom, being a listener to help them find solutions in and out of school. Be a support system for the students. Basketball and Football Coach: Helping student athletes preparation for college entry as far as a student, financial aid and eligibility to be able to play, provide necessary information for ACT/SAT tests and NCAA/JUCO requirements, work on creating highlight footage of game play for the student athletes and being a positive mentor outside of sports for the student athletes.As a basketball coach, I\'m helping with developing the younger student athletes with ball handling skill improvement, shot mechanics, defensive/offensive principles, practice preparation, film studying, game IQ improvement and conditioning. As a football coach, my focus has been with helping to develop the wide receivers with improvement on route running, conditioning, speed & quickness, catching mechanics, hand/eye coordination, film studying and overall IQ of the game.
