About Inez González Perezchica
Dr. Inez González Perezchica is the Executive Director at MANA de San Diego, empowering Latinas to achieve upward mobility and a better quality of life. She is the founding director of the Latino Communications Institute at Cal State Fullerton a career-ready program which helps college communication students, mostly first generation college students, secure transformational paid internships and upon graduation career-relevant jobs. Perezchica gained her media expertise during her nine-year tenure at the National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC), a Latino media advocacy organization. She has worked in the area of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for most of her career. She is currently working on her leadership coaching certificate at the University of San Diego. A proud cross-border citizen, she grew up in the Tijuana/San Diego border region.
