ABOUT INEKA WALLER

I am a trauma-informed counseling resident with a foundation in holistic healing and nervous system–centered care. My work is rooted in creating safety, regulation, and sustainable healing for individuals navigating trauma, stress, and life transitions. I approach mental health through an integrative lens—honoring the connection between mind, body, and lived experience.I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am currently completing my residency on the LPC track, specializing in trauma-informed care. In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified holistic wellness coach with advanced certifications in holistic modalities that support emotional regulation, embodiment, and resilience. This dual background allows me to bridge evidence-based counseling with wellness practices that support healing at the root.Guided by a belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all, I am passionate about trauma-responsive care that empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and build resilience both in and beyond the therapy space.
