I am a trauma-informed counseling resident with a foundation in holistic healing and nervous system–centered care. My work is rooted in creating safety, regulation, and sustainable healing for individuals navigating trauma, stress, and life transitions. I approach mental health through an integrative lens—honoring the connection between mind, body, and lived experience.I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am currently completing my residency on the LPC track, specializing in trauma-informed care. In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified holistic wellness coach with advanced certifications in holistic modalities that support emotional regulation, embodiment, and resilience.
