ABOUT INDY GEDARA

Currently pursuing a BSc in Computer Engineering with a focus on Software at the University of Alberta, I am actively engaging in cutting-edge research and leadership roles. As a Research Assistant, I\'ve developed a computer vision system to control a robotic arm, leveraging my skills in MOVEit, OOP, and software development. Simultaneously, I lead S.P.E.A.R. as President, overseeing strategic initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment for innovation.My tenure at S.P.E.A.R. has been marked by significant contributions to robotics, including the design of a terrain-navigating rover. We, as a team, are preparing for prominent competitions, which has honed my abilities in project management and technical leadership. My dedication to promoting STEM and driving forward-thinking projects aligns with our goal to inspire and educate future innovators, and I\'m eager to continue contributing to our collective success.
