   As a Business Development Manager at POWER PROJECTS, I spearhead strategic initiatives to expand our footprint in power system consultancy and engineering services, catering to both conventional and renewable energy sectors. My role involves identifying high-impact business opportunities, driving proposal development for techno-commercial offers, and maintaining long-term client relationships.I work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, finance, and operations—to align project delivery with customer expectations. I lead client negotiations, vendor registrations, pre-bid meetings, and post-bid follow-ups, ensuring timely conversion of opportunities into revenue.
