   Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, LOIs, RFPs, MOUs, NDAs, amendment agreements, novation agreements, etc, covering various areas such as the supply/procurement of goods and services (e.g, POS materials, premiums, hospitality items, warehousing, transportation, event management) for major international cosmetics, liquor, FMCG brands, hotel chains, among others; IT contracts (including SaaS and software licensing); and real estate contracts. • Advise on a broad spectrum of legal issues related to privacy and data protection, including the collection, handling, transfer, and storage of sensitive personal data, as well as data localization requirements. • Provide guidance on emerging legal and regulatory trends and their impact on business operations—for example, the EU Deforestation Regulation and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. • Offer end-to-end legal support on IP and insurance-related matters across jurisdictions for various business stakeholders. • Lead annual policy updates and maintain trackers for key policies, including Anti-Bribery, Environmental, Supplier Code of Conduct, Privacy, and Whistleblowing. • Oversee the global insurance portfolio and assist with policy renewals, claims, and internal legal briefings. • Provide day-to-day legal advice to various business departments and support special internal projects to mitigate company liability and protect its interests (e.g, CPT, legal briefing tool). • Develop standard templates for logistics services and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external legal partners, and regulatory authorities. • Manage and strategize legal claims and disputes, providing regular updates to senior management.
