I have a bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Piraeus, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set in managing processes, systems, and resources.I have more than 16 years of experience in hospitality, with a proven track record of turning around underperforming businesses, launching new ventures, and developing effective strategies for growth and profitability. In my current role, I have opened 8am-11pm daily restaurants, achieving regular weeks of guests, and increased the mystery dinner experience.
