Reviewing & Approve the Design for Signalling System proposed for Surat Metro Phase-1 Depot and Stations (UG & Elevated). Responsible For FAT procedure and FAT for all Signalling subsystems ATC, C-IXL M00N, ATS, DCS, Secondary Train Detection, Cyber Security, Safety Assessment plan, Mainline point machine as well as Depot and etc. Responsible for Team Management, site activity and contractor management for Surat Metro phase-1. Resloving Interface issues of signalling and Interface Management with PSD, Rolling Stock, Telecom, Tunnel Ventillation, E&M and Civil Team. Approve the issuance of Milestone Completion Certificate (MCC) & Interim Payment Certificate (IPC).Field gears, Mainline Point Machine EEA5 and IRS Point Machines, ATC (ZC and LC), ATS, WRS, DCS, BTN, Onboard ATC, Axle Counter as Secondary Train Detection System, Computer Based Interlocking, Smart I/O, ATS Level-1 and 2 servers, FEP servers, VDU, LVS at OCC.Project Overview*Line info = Corridor 1 and corridor 2- Total 38 stations, 32 elevated stations, 6 Underground stations, 1 Operational control center, 1Backup control center.*Consultant = GEC*Contractor = Alstom india Pvt.
