November 2017 – July 2022: Supervised and led a small team of scientists and technicians in the design, development, and successful design input milestone (MS-DI) of a fully automated high-throughput IVD clinical analyzer for testing endogenous substances and drugs by LC-MS\\\\n• August 2022 – Present: Supervised and led a small team in the development and product care of new and existing “Elecsys” IVD clinical analyzers for fully automated high-throughput testing of endogenous substances and drugs by ECL-based immunological detection\\\\n• Worked closely with colleagues at Roche and Hitachi to integrate, develop, and optimize system components (i.e. MS analyzer, MS multi-function pump, evaporation unit, ECL-based immunological detector) and reagents (i.e. mass axis calibration solution) in an iterative process toward the final products\\\\n• Designed efficient work packages, experiments, and timelines and coordinated the development and optimization of assays and system parameters and troubleshooting on home-made mock-ups, functional models, prototypes, and commercial instruments\\\\n• Designed and implemented product specifications, performance checks, system suitability tests, and working instructions and defined acceptance criteria to characterize system and assay performance\\\\n• Modified and prioritized work packages and experiments based on project demands and resources and provided timely reports, updates, and feedback to team members, other groups, and management\\\\n• Constructed and developed a new team, recruited, hired, and trained three employees, and provided mentoring, coaching, and feedback on technical topics and professional development\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
