I am a strategy and operations professional with deep roots in aerospace and defense, spanning engineering, manufacturing, policy advisory, and investment-facing consulting. My work focuses on building scalable industrial ecosystems at the intersection of technology, capital, and public policy.I currently work as a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, supporting private equity firms and corporates across acquisitions, carve-outs and performance transformations. My focus areas include operational risk assessment, value-creation planning and execution readiness across complex, asset-heavy businesses.Previously, I was a Consultant at Ernst & Young and KPMG where I led and delivered strategic advisory engagements across aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and public-sector programs. I worked closely with DRDO, Defence PSUs, state governments, and global aerospace firms on market entry, M&A support, bid strategy, industrial corridor development, and policy design. I also partnered with FICCI as a knowledge partner for the Bharat Space Conclave 2025, contributing to thought leadership on India’s space and aerospace ecosystem.Earlier in my career, I worked hands-on as a Design & Manufacturing Engineer at Tata Advanced Materials, driving composite manufacturing, lean operations, Six Sigma initiatives, and TPM-led productivity improvements. I began my professional journey in aircraft and engine MRO, training with the Indian Air Force and Air India Engineering Services, working on turbofan, turboprop, and turboshaft engines.This blend of engineering depth and strategic advisory allows me to move comfortably from shop-floor realities to boardroom decisions. I am particularly interested in aerospace & defense policy, advanced manufacturing, and capital-intensive platform build-outs, where execution discipline matters as much as strategy.I value clarity of thought, ownership and long-term impact and I work best with teams tackling complex, capital-intensive problems where engineering realities, investment discipline, and policy constraints converge.
